By accessing and using The Nudge Panel platform (“Platform”), you (“User,” “Client,” or “Professional”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.  
 

2. Services Provided:

The Nudge Panel connects professionals in creative, marketing, and product design with expert UX reviewers (“Experts”). The Platform facilitates the provision of UX reviews, analyses, and recommendations (“Reviews”) to help Users optimize their content, designs, and user experiences for conversion, retention, and growth.
 

3. User Obligations:

  • Accurate Information: Users must provide accurate and complete information when submitting projects for Review.

  • Respectful Conduct: Users must maintain respectful communication with Experts and The Nudge Panel staff.

  • Compliance: Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

  • Intellectual Property: Users retain ownership of their submitted content but grant The Nudge Panel a license to use and share the content for the purpose of providing the Reviews.

4. Expert Obligations:

  • Professionalism: Experts must provide Reviews in a professional and timely manner.

  • Impartiality: Experts must provide impartial and objective Reviews based on their expertise.

  • Confidentiality: Experts must maintain the confidentiality of all information shared by Users.

5. Payment and Fees:

  • Fees: Users agree to pay the fees specified on the Platform for the selected Review services.

  • Payment Terms: Payment terms will be specified at the time of purchase.

  • Refunds: Refund policies will be outlined on the Platform and may vary depending on the service.

6. Intellectual Property:

  • Platform Content: The Nudge Panel retains all intellectual property rights to the Platform, including its design, content, and trademarks.

  • Reviews: The Reviews provided are intended for the User’s internal use and may not be publicly distributed or resold without explicit permission.

7. Limitation of Liability:

  • Disclaimer: The Nudge Panel provides the Platform and Reviews “as is” and disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

  • Liability: The Nudge Panel will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Platform or the Reviews.  

  • Expert Opinions: The Nudge Panel does not guarantee specific results from the Reviews, as they are based on expert opinions and analyses.

8. Termination:

  • User Termination: Users may terminate their account at any time.

  • The Nudge Panel Termination: The Nudge Panel may terminate a User’s account for violation of these Terms or any other reason at its sole discretion.
